Do you provide refunds?
No, we do not provide refunds. However, we provide exchanges (if still available) and returns for store credit only. Please read more under Returns & Exchanges.

 

What if I don't like the fit of the item I received? Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, the guidelines to which a return is considered acceptable is stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! More information is stated under Shipping.

 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, local shipping to anywhere in Singapore and Malaysia is free for all orders above S$100. Worldwide shipping is free for all orders above S$200. 

 

Is there a tracking number for all shipments, both locally and internationally?

Yes, all shipments are tracked.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please refer to delivery guidelines under Shipping

 

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Parcels are dispatched within 3-7 business days.

 

Can I change my address on an order?
As long as courier has not been arranged and paid for your order, we can change the address in our system. If courier has been arranged and paid for, we can request for courier cancellation only if your order has not been shipped. Please email us at hello@christyactivewear.com for help.

 

I have sent my package in for a Return/Exchange. When will I receive my refund in store credits?
Please allow 3-7 business days to process your package from the day we receive it. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued.
