Please read in full our Returns & Exchanges Policy below:

WHO IS OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY FOR?

  • If the size chosen is incorrect
  • If the item received is defective or incorrect
  • If you changed your mind

Product(s) should be unwashed, unworn, unmarked, with original tags attached and in a resalable condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges of product(s) will not be accepted if the item(s) has/have been damaged in any way except by a genuine manufacturing fault.

Return/Exchange product(s) can ONLY be exchanged for Store Credit of the purchase price OR a direct exchange of product (if still available) upon purchase or once they are received by Christy Activewear.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

To make a return/exchange, please follow the steps below: 

  • Email hello@christyactivewear.com 
  • Please attach Order Number, eg #12345
  • Please attach reason for Return/Exchange
  • Please attach size/item/colour to exchange to (applicable for exchanges)
  • Please attach pictures (applicable for defective products)

SALES ITEMS

The Returns & Exchanges Policy is NOT applicable for sales items that are marked down in price.

PACKAGING 

Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to Christy Activewear.  

We cannot accept returns if the following packaging requirements have not been satisfied: 
  • Items are unworn/unwashed/unmarked and in resalable condition;  
  • Items come with original tags;
  • Items are adequately packaged for transit; and
  • Return label is clearly displayed on parcel.

COST OF RETURNS 

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to Christy Activewear. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach Christy Activewear. We will largely encourage mailing to be trackable to prevent cases of theft or lost mail.

FAULTY/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the rare event that a faulty/defective product is received and we are unable to receive the item from you, we will provide you with an immediate refund in Store Credits. 

Please note that all claims will be assessed based on the age and condition of the faulty item. Items may be subject to denial unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault. 

Returns for faulty or defective items will be eligible for refunds in Store Credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted. 

To make a claim, please follow the steps below:

  • Please attach pictures (applicable for defective products)

If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund of the purchase price in Store Credits upon purchase or of the item(s) being received by Christy Activewear
